The Lilly House Information & Policies
  • Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and include a delicious breakfast served family style in the dining room. There is an additional charge for extra persons. There is a 2-night minimum on weekends.

  • Reservations require a deposit within 5 days. Payment is by cash or check.

  • Cancellations require 7 days notice. If you must cancel with less than 7 days your deposit is nonrefundable unless we can fill your canceled room. Refunds will reflect a $10 administrative fee.

  • Check in time is between 3:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.

  • Check out is by 12:00 noon.

  • No pets - we have too many of our own.

  • Lilly House is inappropriate for children under 14 years of age.

  • No smoking inside buildings.
    We will be glad to help you with dinner recommendations.
