The Lilly House Information & Policies
- Room rates are based on single or double occupancy and include a delicious breakfast served family style in the dining room. There is an additional charge for extra persons. There is a 2-night minimum on weekends.
- Reservations require a deposit within 5 days. Payment is by cash or check.
- Cancellations require 7 days notice. If you must cancel with less than 7 days your deposit is nonrefundable unless we can fill your canceled room. Refunds will reflect a $10 administrative fee.
- Check in time is between 3:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.
- Check out is by 12:00 noon.
- No pets - we have too many of our own.
- Lilly House is inappropriate for children under 14 years of age.
- No smoking inside buildings.
